Nie je to jednoduch\u00e1 \u00faloha, lebo je spojen\u00e1 s mno\u017estvom in\u00fdch, na prv\u00fd poh\u013ead neprepojen\u00fdch \u00faloh. V predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom \u010dl\u00e1nku sme sa sna\u017eili pouk\u00e1za\u0165 na to, ako ve\u013emi je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pozna\u0165 kto je z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom spolo\u010dnosti a ak\u00e9 s\u00fa jeho po\u017eiadavky. Ve\u010f na z\u00e1klade t\u00fdchto \u00fadajov, je mo\u017en\u00e9 stanovi\u0165 rytmus pre v\u00fdrobu, stanovi\u0165 hranice kedy ho meni\u0165 a mnoho in\u00e9ho. \u010co \u010falej? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tvorba plynul\u00e9ho toku u\u017e od n\u00e1vrhu produktu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dizajn plynul\u00e9ho toku je vo v\u00fdraznej miere ovplyv\u0148ovan\u00fd u\u017e pri tvorbe fin\u00e1lneho produktu. Mnoh\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa CAD a CAM syst\u00e9my ktor\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eu kr\u00e1sne simulova\u0165 a vizualizova\u0165 pred mont\u00e1\u017ee, mont\u00e1\u017ee ale aj demont\u00e1\u017ee \u010di u\u017e \u010dasti produktu alebo cel\u00e9ho produktu. Preto je vhodn\u00e9 vyu\u017ei\u0165 u\u017e dopredu integrovan\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje na tvorbu v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch a technologick\u00fdch postupov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQEjHqo2rHEczw\/article-inline_image-shrink_400_744\/0?e=1581552000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=Emy06ChngZD3GNyqDsaz6OkyNRAi5acSvVh9L3dVLKw\" alt=\"Tento obr\u00e1zek nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd popisek\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke\u010f sme u klienta a debatujeme o roz\u0161\u00edren\u00ed z\u00e1vodu sna\u017e\u00edme sa pochopi\u0165 v\u00fdrobn\u00fd sortiment, rozdiely medzi produktmi a samotn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob tvorby produktu &#8211; procesn\u00fa previazanos\u0165 produktov a tak spracova\u0165 rozdielov\u00fa anal\u00fdzu. Samozrejme \u010das\u0165 ot\u00e1zok je smerovan\u00e1 aj na vyu\u017e\u00edvanie met\u00f3d DFx v spolo\u010dnosti (DFx &#8211; DFA, DFM, DFL &#8230;Dizajn pre mont\u00e1\u017e, dizajn pre v\u00fdrobu, dizajn pre \u00fadr\u017ebu, dizajn pre logistiku at\u010f). Je zauj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee ve\u013emi ve\u013ea spolo\u010dnost\u00ed pozit\u00edvne odpoved\u00e1 na to ako pri produkte bola spracovan\u00e1 napr. DFA kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm oddelen\u00edm, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 na druhej strane v\u00fdsledky v\u00f4bec neboli zoh\u013eadnen\u00e9 pri n\u00e1vrhu mont\u00e1\u017eneho procesu in\u00fdmi oddeleniami. \u010casto chybne je DFx pova\u017eovan\u00fd za n\u00e1stroj iba pre kon\u0161trukt\u00e9rov, \u010do si minim\u00e1lne v na\u0161ej spolo\u010dnosti nemysl\u00edme. V jednom projekte sme boli po\u017eiadan\u00fd o nov\u00fd n\u00e1vrh mont\u00e1\u017ee komplexnej\u0161ieho produktu nov\u00fdm &#8211; inovat\u00edvnym pr\u00edstupom. Aj s vyu\u017eit\u00edm DFA sme t\u00fato \u00falohu splnili a okrem toho sme redukovali \u010fal\u0161ie tri komponenty ktor\u00e9 mali by\u0165 p\u00f4vodne vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 ako polohovacie \u010dasti pri mont\u00e1\u017ei, inak ich funkcia bola absol\u00fatne zbyto\u010dn\u00e1. T\u00fdm, \u017ee sa zmenil sp\u00f4sob mont\u00e1\u017ee a polohovacie \u010dasti sa nemuseli vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165, zmenou mont\u00e1\u017ee sme u\u0161etrili tak navy\u0161e tri komponenty a skr\u00e1tili mont\u00e1\u017eny proces bez investi\u010dne o 9%. Samozrejme dopad bol glob\u00e1lne v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed &#8211; hlavne redukcia \u010dinnost\u00ed na in\u00fdch oddeleniach &#8211; n\u00e1kup, skladovanie, kontrola at\u010f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dostupnos\u0165ou semirobotov a robotov, ako tak\u00fdch sa vo v\u00fdraznej miere zv\u00fd\u0161ila mo\u017enos\u0165 sp\u00e1jania komponentov aj v poz\u00edcii, kedy \u010dlovek by dan\u00fa oper\u00e1ciu u\u017e len z fyziologick\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska nemohol zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165. Dopad je extr\u00e9mny &#8211; je mo\u017en\u00e9 uva\u017eova\u0165 s polohami ktor\u00e9 nemusia predstavova\u0165 dodato\u010dn\u00e9 pohyby, paralelne je mo\u017en\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va\u0165 nieko\u013eko s\u00fabe\u017en\u00fdch \u00fakonov a mnoho \u010fal\u0161ieho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C5612AQGQzc1IpSXzUw\/article-inline_image-shrink_1500_2232\/0?e=1581552000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=h71F8r0XWenWfXsXBVk9_kKjq4M2L5yS5tbtZHyXOXM\" alt=\"Tento obr\u00e1zek nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd popisek\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samozrejme, \u017ee v\u010faka dostupn\u00fdm softv\u00e9rov\u00fdm rie\u0161eniam, proces dizajnovania je mo\u017en\u00e9 vo v\u00fdznamnej miere skr\u00e1ti\u0165 a n\u00e1sledne prepoji\u0165 s v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi \u0161tandardmi, ktor\u00e9 zabezpe\u010dia vy\u0161\u0161iu produktivitu. Ako teda m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 DFx k tvorbe plynul\u00e9ho toku? Jednoducho t\u00fdm, \u017ee u\u017e poskytuje inform\u00e1cie o tom kde vznikaj\u00fa takzvan\u00e9 rozdielov\u00e9 body, aj mo\u017enos\u0165 ako ich eliminova\u0165. Kombin\u00e1ciou progres\u00edvnych technol\u00f3gii\/ automatiz\u00e1cie s \u00faplne nov\u00fdmi mo\u017enos\u0165ami \u00fachopu predmetu, je mo\u017en\u00e9 na z\u00e1klade tak\u00fdchto anal\u00fdz eliminova\u0165 body rozpojenia a nastavi\u0165 tak jednoduch\u0161ie plynul\u00fd tok. Na druhej strane aj variantnos\u0165 produktu (farebn\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1la, materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 prevedenie, tvarov\u00e9 \u00fapravy at\u010f.) prispieva vo v\u00fdrobnom procese k tvorbe z\u00e1sob a t\u00fdm preru\u0161eniu plynul\u00e9ho toku. Ak spolo\u010dnos\u0165 teda u\u017e pri n\u00e1vrhu dok\u00e1\u017ee tla\u010di\u0165 na minimaliz\u00e1ciu po\u010dtu variantov vo v\u00fdznamnej miere m\u00f4\u017ee tak uspori\u0165 vo v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladoch. Toto je v\u0161ak \u010dasto pre spolo\u010dnosti nemo\u017en\u00e1 cesta. Rie\u0161enie je u\u017e iba v mo\u017enosti redukcie \u010dasu prestavieb\/zora\u010fovan\u00ed pomocou vysoko flexibiln\u00fdch pr\u00edpravkov, n\u00e1strojov a samotn\u00fdch strojov &#8211; toto nov\u00e9 progres\u00edvne technol\u00f3gie umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa (napr. 3D tla\u010d, sinterovanie at\u010f.) a spolo\u010dnosti by sa v tejto oblasti mali pripravova\u0165 na ich postupn\u00fa implement\u00e1ciu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Samozrejme, \u017ee existuje mnoho mo\u017enost\u00ed ako zabezpe\u010di\u0165 plynulos\u0165 v\u00fdroby. Ale o tom rad\u0161ej v \u010fal\u0161\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nkoch ktor\u00e9 postupne uverejn\u00edme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e1vky vs one piece flow &#8211; tok jedn\u00e9ho kusu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd kto pracoval vo v\u00fdrobe, bol extr\u00e9mne pote\u0161en\u00fd, ako n\u00e1hle pri\u0161la ve\u013ek\u00e1 objedn\u00e1vka. Ve\u013ek\u00e1 objedn\u00e1vka v\u017edy znamenala vy\u0161\u0161iu stabilitu, menej stresov spojen\u00fdch so zora\u010fovan\u00edm. Bohu\u017eia\u013e bud\u00facnos\u0165 smeruje k individualite, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iemu spektru v\u00fdrobkov a t\u00fdm aj k ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm d\u00e1vkam. Preto pri n\u00e1vrhu v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov je iba vhodn\u00e9 uva\u017eova\u0165 nad strojmi a zariadeniami, ktor\u00e9 pracuj\u00fa kontinu\u00e1lne s mo\u017enos\u0165ou variabilnej v\u00fdroby. Zvy\u010dajne pri mont\u00e1\u017enych procesoch je mo\u017en\u00e9 pripravi\u0165 variabiln\u00e9 pracovisko s r\u00fdchlo up\u00ednate\u013en\u00fdmi resp. konfigurovate\u013en\u00fdmi pr\u00edpravkami ktor\u00e9 tak\u00fato flexibilitu umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa, hor\u0161ie je to pri konven\u010dnej v\u00fdrobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.licdn.com\/dms\/image\/C4E12AQER4TH-p1qx0A\/article-inline_image-shrink_1000_1488\/0?e=1581552000&amp;v=beta&amp;t=bK5jS0qubWzl2iWnUiiFaunamj670GrRAPWBQ1EREhw\" alt=\"Tento obr\u00e1zek nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd popisek\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miera flexibility zariaden\u00ed vo v\u00fdraznej miere ovplyv\u0148uje objem z\u00e1sob. \u010c\u00edm viac je proces prezoradenia z jedn\u00e9ho typu produktu na in\u00fd komplikovanej\u0161\u00ed\/dlh\u0161\u00ed, t\u00fdm viac si spolo\u010dnosti nech\u00e1vaj\u00fa vy\u0161\u0161ie z\u00e1soby ako poistku proti zastaveniu \u010fal\u0161\u00edch procesov.
