To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci sa namiesto nudn\u00fdch te\u00f3ri\u00ed ponorili priamo do praxe a presk\u00famali u\u017e zaveden\u00e9 5S syst\u00e9my v re\u00e1lnej v\u00fdrobnej prev\u00e1dzke. Spolo\u010dne zanalyzovali existuj\u00face \u0161tandardy, identifikovali oblasti na zlep\u0161enie a zadefinovali strat\u00e9gie pre trval\u00e9 udr\u017eanie 5S princ\u00edpov. Z\u00fa\u010dastnili sa ho mana\u017e\u00e9ri strednej \u00farovne, procesn\u00ed in\u017einieri a technici, priemyseln\u00ed in\u017einieri, intern\u00ed aud\u00edtori a v\u0161etci, ktor\u00ed sa zauj\u00edmaj\u00fa o zlep\u0161ovanie a udr\u017eiavanie 5S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ed2357\"><strong>\u010co je vlastne 5S?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5S je osved\u010den\u00fd syst\u00e9m mana\u017ementu zameran\u00fd na zlep\u0161enie efektivity a produktivity na pracovisku.
