Pom\u00f4c\u0165 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom zlep\u0161i\u0165 ich v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 procesy pomocou spr\u00e1vne nastaven\u00fdch \u010dasov\u00fdch a v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch noriem a efekt\u00edvneho vyva\u017eovania zdrojov. Tento dvojd\u0148ov\u00fd tr\u00e9ning s n\u00e1zvom <strong>\u201e\u010casov\u00e9 a v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 normy + Vyva\u017eovanie zdrojov\u201c<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd prebehol <strong>5. a 6. febru\u00e1ra 2025<\/strong>, umo\u017enil \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkom na vlastnej ko\u017ei za\u017ei\u0165, ako m\u00f4\u017eu drobn\u00e9 zmeny prinies\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#ed2357\"><strong>\u010co sme spolu dosiahli?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010das dvoch intenz\u00edvnych dn\u00ed sme sa s \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi pustili do pr\u00e1ce. Ne\u0161lo len o such\u00fa te\u00f3riu \u2013 ka\u017ed\u00fd si mohol vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 n\u00e1stroje a met\u00f3dy priamo v praxi. Program bol postaven\u00fd tak, aby sme z ka\u017ed\u00e9ho d\u0148a vy\u0165a\u017eili maximum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Anal\u00fdza \u010dasov\u00fdch a v\u00fdkonov\u00fdch noriem<\/strong>: S pomocou softv\u00e9ru <strong>AVIX<\/strong> sme identifikovali slab\u00e9 miesta v procesoch a uk\u00e1zali, ako nastavi\u0165 normy, ktor\u00e9 d\u00e1vaj\u00fa zmysel a zvy\u0161uj\u00fa efektivitu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vyva\u017eovanie zdrojov<\/strong>: Sk\u00fa\u0161ali sme r\u00f4zne sp\u00f4soby rozdelenia pr\u00e1ce v t\u00edmoch, aby sme dosiahli rovnomern\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie a lep\u0161iu produktivitu.
